Will you manage my rental property?
We are a sales-only agency. If you’re a landlord looking to rent out your property, consider using Cubbi. Enter our phone number (+61493084371) into the “Notes” field when signing up for your account to let them know we sent you!
Will you auction my property?
Auctions can be anxiety-inducing for both sellers and buyers, and we prefer the private treaty sales method as it provides a more relaxed, transparent environment for matching the right buyers to the right properties.
What is conveyancing?
Please refer to our Conveyancing page for detailed information about conveyancing and conveyancing solicitors.
What’s involved in getting finance / a mortgage / a loan for the purchase of a property?
Unless you have sufficient funds saved to purchase a property outright, you will likely need to borrow some money from a bank to finance your property purchase. This is called a “home loan” and you’ll find almost all banks offer this type of loan. Seeing a mortgage broker is a good place to start, because they can compare home loans from multiple banks (or “lenders”) to help you find one that best suits your needs. See our mortgage broker page for more information.
What is a building and pest inspection?
Please refer to our Building and pest inspections page for detailed information about building and pest inspections.
What fees do you charge?
When you sell a property with us, the only fee we will pass on to you is the cost of the Title Search, which is a search we need to carry out before we can market your property. We absorb the standard marketing costs, but if you wish to use any premium marketing options that aren’t included in our standard marketing (e.g. drone video or staging), you would typically pay for those services directly to the service providers. Please be aware of other costs associated with selling a property (e.g. any government charges, capital gains tax, conveyancing solicitor fees, etc).
As a buyer, you do not pay any fees to us, but please be aware of other costs associated with buying a property (e.g. deposit, stamp duty payable to the government, conveyancing solicitor fees, etc).
What’s included in your standard marketing?
Please see the Why sell with us? page for a list of what’s included when you sell your property with us.
We don’t include: drone photos/video, video walkthrough, digital or physical staging, but you can obtain these through their respective service providers and they will bill you directly for these services.
Are you a licensed real estate agency?
